JP1 Remotes

Hi I'm new to this so please go easy on me. I have a Sagem ITD58 freeview receiver connected to my Slingbox in the UK The remote won't work cos of the IR code. I think I found the all for one code 0817. How do I enter this code? Do I enter this into the Sagem and will it then respond with the Slingbox? MrPexUK

If your Slingbox is also British (ie, IR Blaster version 4) then you're in luck. There is a code called 0817 in this box, it's a CABLE code, so you should be able to test it out with your Sagen.

To do so, select CABLE as the device type, then skip all the brand/model stuff and enter 'C0817' in the "other" code box.

Sorry I should have replied, yes the code you gave me for the Sagem worked fine, only problem with the Sagem was that the sound kept dropping out, for 4 - 5 seconds, which I believe is a common problem, hench that's why I went for the Tevion which as a reciever is brilliant. MrPexUK
