I have 3 Nevo C2 remotes that give me an error when downloading.
The Nevos work and are programmed. I wanted to save the config before changing so hope I don't have to factory reset.

I put this file "dwalterm C2 download fails" in the diagnosis section.

Sorry if I didn't put it in the right place.
Thanks

Could you also post the err file found in the Remote Master folder?

Now that more Nevo users are coming to this site, following the closure of EZ-RC.com, we are coming across device types supported by the Nevo that we were not aware of until now. You have a Laserdisc player in your setup with a device upgrade that you must have obtained from EZ-RC. This has a code that we did not know about. I have now added that to the RDF for the Nevo. Here is what you need to do.

Please replace the file "USB8006 (Nevo C2).rdf" in the RDF subfolder of your RMIR installation folder with this revised one. Everything should then work OK. Please try it and report here if it works for you. If it does, then I shall add this revised RDF file to the next release of RMIR.
