JP1 Remotes

I am first time user of Remotemaster and have a URC-8620 XSight Plus. I have installed Remotemaster and run the setup.vbs. I cannot download from the remote. It says no remotes found.

I found this post about that:


1) Make sure that menu item Remote\Interface is set to AutoDetect.

DONE

2) Check Help/About. Under interfaces, CommHID version 0.4 should be listed.

There is no CommHID listed. What do I do then?

3) Look in the RDF folder in the main RMIR installlation folder and ensure that the file USB8009 (URC-8620 XSight Plus).rdf is present.

I have uninstalled the EZ-RC remote software.
