Its for a slingbox 350. I had it working perfectly until the cable company changed the decos for KONKA HDCS52. Sadly it is not listed on the slingbox settings to reconfigure it. Can you help me? I don´t know much about this kind of things, I only can provide a picture of the remote control.

I´m terribly sorry. I´m not native english speaker and also new on this kind of things. I fully read it again, but for your answer I assume I might be missing something in traslation really important. I can´t find the words for your help and to apologize for my shortcomings.

OK, but the statement in the instructions, highlighted in red, that says;

IMPORTANT: If you have any problems installing these files please do NOT just report back it 'doesn't work',

Seems obvious and yet your reply was :

Oh my, now I see. I expresed myself wrong breaking the rules.
I didn´t all want to mean that the file does not work. I was trying to say, I tried but it´s not the file I need for my slingbox remote. Again I must apologize and thank you for your patience.

But you don't know that, it might not be working for other reasons. That is why I ask for the answers to those questions.

Juan, we are trying to determine if the file didn't work because it contains the wrong code, or if it didn't work because you made some error in installing the code.

As you can probably see, each issue above requires different help from us.

I will install it again for double check, and post the results.
