2. Type of device: Soundbar
3. Year: 2016
4. JP1/UEI Remote model: URC-7140 R02
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? Yes
6. Still have original remote? Yes
7. Checked the file section? Yes, nothing found
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes, nothing found
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? Learning function doesn't recognise original remote
11. Have you tried the JP1 Lookup Tool? Yes, nothing found
12. If you have a Nevo (or similar) remote, have you tried ez-rc.com? n/a

Unfortunately, learning function doesn't work. I don't know why.

Manufacturers page says there is a working code for my URC-7140 R02, but they have to reprogram my remote.

Manufacturers page says also there is a working code AMP 3000 for URC-1240 and AUD 3000 for URC-7145. But I don't have one of those remotes.

and did you find the codes for the remaining 5 buttons on the remote?
