JP1 Remotes

I am now setting up another one of Nevo C2 remote, but this time for my in-laws. Was going to use the EZ-RC site but it wasn't working and after coming here and reading I realized it wasn't just me . Need some help locating device codes for the following:

TV - Vizio E470VL
Cable - U-Verse - Scientific Atlantic IPN4320
VCR/DVD - Go Video DV-2150

Since you're posting in the non-JP1 area, does that mean you don't use Remote Master and want actual device setup codes? Did the device setup wizard on the remote itself not work?

If you do use Remote Master, the following should work fine (guesses for closest built-in codes in parentheses):
