Download button missing in file section

I have gone to download an upgrade but the download button is missing. I have looked at a couple of other upgrades to see if it was an error on that page but no download buttons are appearing in my windows or chrome browser. I disabled my ESET web protection to see if it was blocking but no difference. Any suggestions please?
