I think that is the problem then, that selecting from the Guide doesn't include the extra "Enter" key press. Don't know how to fix that, sorry

I agree with you. I suspect that one of the other codes might include that but I can live with it as it is. Thanks again for your patience and all of your help.

I had been posting and working with you in 2010. You were able to lead me to a solution. Just recently, the Sling Box I was using failed and had to be replaced with a new one. Same model etc. I had to start from scratch to set it up. I am able to use the remote I selected but it does NOT have an enter key which the old remote I used had. Anyway, I went searching on the JP1 forum for a possible solution and I found a File for
the Sony RDR-VX530. The File name is as my Subject indicates and the Description is: RM version for the 15-2117 ext2. It was submitted by just4fn. V1.55 I don't know enough about this stuff but it gives me the option to download this but what would I do with it once I download it. Any comments would be apprecited.. The Forum file ID =4167 It was on Page 39 of the JP1 Remotes forum.

And RM file is the Source file for a program called RemoteMaster that we use to build BIN files. I've done this for you and uploaded the result at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=11380
