Help - Comcast DVR Remote and AUX key

So would I first relock the device with 1023 and then try to the volume unlock on the receiver?

Edit: I tried to lock it 1023 and the remote would not control the receiver at all (could not power it on and off). So I tried the other code (1254 I believe) and I got the power button to work again. Next, I tried to unlock volume. The volume still controls the cable volume (as I somehow made that happen by using a 994 key move). I suspect if I hadn't done the key move, then volume wouldn't have worked on any device.

Edit 2: Got it to work! I wasn't doing the key move function correctly. Thanks for the help!
