Yeah, I don't understand it either. The Slingbox Assistant may or may not actually upload the bin file(s) without resetting the input.

Ah, good. You got it loaded. Unfortunately, my dyslexia swapped the OBCs for File and Favorite. That's why the white button was associated to Favorite instead of file. I've corrected this in v1.2; however, the other functions are there. They will not show up as a button on the virtual remote, as explained earlier. So, you need to use the remote's drop down menu to see the other commands. Both "Input" and "Favorite" will appear under Menu > Misc drop down menus of the remote's frame. Or in the Slingplayer Command Bar Connect > Remote Keys > Misc. Furthermore, they will show up in your SlingPlayer Mobile client in the Misc section.

Something not quite right

If I select WHITE BUTTON I GET MENU then FILE

IF I SELECT MENU I GET FILE

CANT FIND SAT

OR FAVS NOW?

I just loaded v 1.2 bin file into my Slingbox and this is what it shows up for me...

Button = Code = Function
Input = OBC 8 = Satellite
Favorite = OBC 93 = Favorite
White = OBC 76 = File
Menu = OBC 9 = Menu

Cannot seem to find the drop down menu shown in your illustration

White (File is fine & working)

So I can not be far away

If I push Menu Button I Get SAT Box Setup Menu (Nothing with Misc on it at all)

I wonder if I have a different skin than the one you show?

Your Slingplayer client might be set to hide the remote frame. Here is an article which discusses how to enable/disable it. Anyways, this menu can also be found in the main Slingplayer command bar under Connect > Remote Keys > Misc > Input or Satellite as illustrated below.

The mistake I made was that I was trying to set up at Slingbox.com online its there that the problem lies as the remote there is different than the Slingplayer. hope I did not waste to much of your time.

Using the Web SlingPlayer client @ watch.slingbox.com, you have to RIGHT-click the mouse on the remote to show the extra menu.

Hi. I have seen in one of your posts that you use to have a tm800hd. I have a problem with the slingbox as you know as well .It is the remote control for it in the slingbox soft .Can you please help me with it? Regards Dan.
