There's a user profile setting that enables notification to ALL topics you have posted to.
But that is only the threads you posted to. In order to get notified of ALL threads, you'd have to post in ALL threads.

I like jpstubbs mail list idea. Too bad I don't know anything about running one or I'd volunteer to help.

Ahhh... but there's a way around having to post a reply to get notified... ;)

See the "Watch this topic for replies" link at the lower left (under the Page X of Y and above the Quick Reply edit box)? That will enable notification even if you haven't posted into a given thread. Of course, you still need to be here on the forum in order to click the link, read the threads, etc, but this allows you to do it anonymously! 8)

Hi,

I agree with those who stated the not having e-mail is a big disadvantage.

Is there any way that the forum can keep track of the last message that I read so that I do not have to page through the messages that I have read?

Just my humble opinion!

It does keep track of what you've already seen

The icon colors signify whether the topic has any new posts since your last visit, and you can go to those new messages by clicking on the small letter icon to the left of the topic title.
