Basically, we don't know what remote signal this STB uses, so we can't create a Slingbox bin file. Therefore we need you to capture the signals and send them to us.
To capture the signals, you will need a learning remote. You can buy one for $14.99 (with free shipping) from the following link:

Once you have the remote and have learned the signals, you can download them using our free JP1 software (we'll walk you through the process).
