The Humax device supports 2 modes, that use different device codes.

Ah, so with the first upgrade, you get to see a custom Humax remote and with the 2nd upgrade you see a generic Slingbox remote. Therefore, what you're really asking is, what would it take to get the custom Humax remote image to appear with the second upgrade also.
Alan might be able to speak to that.

Wow this is confusing
I've read this thread through a couple of times and as far as I can see Mode 1 uses 0.16 and Mode 2 uses 250.16 and Rob used C2000 as the code for both files ? And 'mihaid' has 2 Humax boxes, one of which uses Mode 1 and the other uses Mode 2.
If that is the case then BOTH these RMDU files that Rob produced (and any S2011 file that I produced) will create BIN files that dispay the generic image. The ONLY way to produce the realistic remote shown is to make the code a different number that forces a download of the realistic remote.
So that means that 'mihaid' is NOT using the Mode 1 C2000_PL.BIN file that Rob produced, but another BIN file with a different code (or it's a built in code).
So if he can tell me what he is doing to show the realistic remote I can probably help.

Thinking a little more, it may not have been Rob's bin that created the realistic remote. It's been a while since I dealt with it. I am sure that I have used a bin file for a related Humax machine to mine. My machine is Humax HDR Fox T2. The related machine is Humax Foxsat HDR.
What would you like me to find out for sure?
