Nothing prevented me from entering >63 obc's once I set second device pos. to 1 and checked >63. The problem was that after the upgrade, none of the buttons that used a >63 obc worked. All the rest did. I assumed that was because the hex commands and efc's used the second choice, instead of the first of that displayed in ir.exe for hex and efc's. I'll try your km text file sometime tonight and see what happens, but since the rm output of it is so different than the upgrade code you posted here, I don't give it much hope. Will follow up later. Got other things to do right now.

After assigning the rest of the buttons, both produce the same code. I could have sworn I tried this exact same thing before but maybe I didn't. Either way they both seem to work fine. I've learned a lot though. Thank you guys much.
