Not similar exactly, but an available model is the URC-8820.

Is the URC-8820 JP1 compatible?
If so, is there an Extender for it?

The 8820 is a JP1.2 (Flash) remote, so you would need an appropriate cable, but yes, it can be programmed using JP1.
