OK, the previous link now has all of my files in it, including the test files, all the maps, and RDF's, etc. The files labeled "Test 2" are the ones where I reset the remote, changed the remote in RM to the old RS one, and fixed all the buttons. Note: The only device I tested this with was the DirecTV one, and the only macro listed for this one is just a simple macro that tests SHIFT+PLAY (I also tested a few of the other shift buttons in macros, and tried them all manually, of course).

The files that don't say test on them are what I am currently using on my remote.

OK, I downloaded your stuff and took a quick look at it. On the surface it looks OK

I don't remember macros working on the device keys so you may want to try putting your test macro on another button to test it.

I will load it into my remote tonight and see what happens.

The macros do work on the device keys for this remote with a long keypress, even without hacking it. I currently have all my device keys set to turn on everything that I need to run that specific device and turn everything else off. That part works fine. It's just the shifted keys that do not work. In the test example where I use shift+play on the device key, the macro also works. The only problem is it only sends the play command instead of slomo.
