Well, you chose quite a complex protocol for your first upgrade, but you do NOT have the protocol upgrade in your IR file. The protocol upgrade generated by KM is protocol ID 01 1F, and that is the protocol your device upgrade DVD/1962 calls for. Unfortunately the protocol upgrade you loaded is 00 1F, not 01 1F (and it differs slightly from the 01 1F generated in KM).
So first try to add the correct protocol first.
Also, the learned signals you have on DVD buttons will override any functions you have assigned in a device upgrade or via keymove.
Moreover, you have an AWFUL lot of learned signals. It would be much more efficient (generally speaking) if you'd use those decode in the learned section and built upgrades for those devices. But a lot of your learned signals don't look very clean - you should ensure that you have fresh batteries in both remotes when learning, and ensure they are absolutely motionless (sitting on a table facing each other at about 2-4 inches) when you learn.
However, if you are trying to test particular signals, a combo protocol like that one may not be the easiest way to go about it. Building a small simple upgrade using the basic Panasonic protocol and the device/subdevice desired to create the functions you want to test.

Thank you for the info, the 1962 code I just upload from this site and copy/paste to the .ir so I didn't modify anything in the KM. Should I not use this code, which I still don't know if it will work with my DVD/VCR.
As far as the learned buttons, I know I have a lot I just don't know if I'm that knowledgeable as some of you guys to actually modify/create a new code number to work with my devices and upload to the remote so I can clear all my learned buttons.
Thanks.

If you truely copied the code from KM to IR, the protocol would have showed up as $011F, not $001F. Plus, there would be descriptive notes in the IR file, so somethings not right here.

You're not answering the questions/addressing the clearly identified issues:
Paste in to IR the correct 01 1F PROTOCOL code IN ADDITION TO the DVD/1962 DEVICE code from your KM file.
It is TWO SEPARATE copy/paste actions.
Then try it to see if it works.

I downloaded again the Panasonic code 1962 and put it in KM and didn't modify a thing in KM just loaded the 1962 code, I did a copy/paste "The device copy code" section.
I didn't copy/paste the protocol because I don't know where to paste the protocol code in .ir I do know how to paste "the device copy code" section in the .ir tab which is the "Devices".
Please look one more time.

It's not a question of hate or not hate. Stuff like this requires some degree of attention to details, so when you do not understand something, it's MORE important to pay close attention to the details, rather than skimming through the documentation and presuming somebody can figure out what you've done overlooked.

Good point, I will try to be more careful.
