Gee Mark, Looks like the wise one of the family is the you-know-who who's too cheap, and apparantly controls the purse-strings. Count yourself one lucky guy to have her. I have 4 ReplayTV/Showstopper and I don't pay anything to use them. So the only cost for me was whatever they cost to buy originally. I even bought one for my Mother for a present. Once you use one and get use to it you'll never go back. I bought the first one for my wife. Originally she would not use it because she thought it was to overwhelming. That soon passed and now the thing is usually 90% full of shows. I don't even attempt to record anything for me on her Replay. Thanks to Robman and the JP1 forum, the RS remote makes operating all the equipment a relatively easy task.
