DVD/0522 is the correct code. In order to be able to control an Xbox with an infrared remote, you need to have some sort of remote control attachment, do you have this? Thx for the correct protocol code Rob, the Onkyo IR works fine now.
For as far as tthe Xbox problem is concerned, it's solved.
I guess the 0522 wasn't build into the remote or it is lost if that's possible.
Anyway, found an device upgrade after searching on RCA which is the protocol used by the Xbox dongle.
Search for:
"GE1105P.txt"
in the
files ->device codes ->dvd
section.
So if code 0522 isn't working for your xbox get the "GE1105P.txt"
