OK, I think we are getting there. I don't think Sling have built the correct image for you, so I have used the UK Sky remote which is similar except the 'My TV' button is labelled 'Help'. And I am exactly certain I have the correct code for that, as the official description was 'My Sky'

the remote is not the same as it was before
did not install the remote control in the form of sky

installation bin tests ok but the remote is not that

I downloaded Italian sky hd and corresponds exactly to my remote thanks for the help I solved

SERIOUSLY !! The very first reply I gave you was to ask you to make sure you had tried all the other Sky remotes and you are now, 20 posts and hours of work later, you are telling me you hadn't even tried a basic Sky Italia selection. That is unbelievable. What a huge waste of my time
