Alan, I tried to explain. Maybe my words were not as clear as you wished they would be.

I will try again.

I downloaded the files for the AZBOX premium HD.
I unzipped it.
I then logged into my Slingbox account and I went to the settings page:
There I clicked on configure, then I selected the input which was the yellow red and green video input.
then I selected the device: Sattellite and at the bottom I selected Custom.
I then selected the .PL file that I had downloaded and clicked on test.
I noticed that the sligbox server uploaded the file and it told me to try it.
I tried the different commands on the remote and the AZBOX did not respond.
I made sure to position the slingbox IR blaster in the front of the azbox and also tried positioning it on the back of the azbox also.
Once I saw that the .PL file didn't make the box work I then proceeded to repeat the same process with the other file which is the .Bin file.

I just wanted to let everyone that is taking the time to help that I apologize for not been as helpful with the description as I could have been.

I posted the two pictures of the labels on the bottom of the unit.

This unit is not the premium but it's actually the AZBOX premium plus HD.

Please help.

OK, as you STILL refuse to read the instructions, I shall just have to repeat them here:

If you have problems do NOT just report that it 'doesn't work', that is totally useless for someone trying to understand what is going on. So report the following:

1. Was there any error message after you typed in the Code (and Tapped the Power button in V2.0) ?

2. Did you give the Power command plenty of time to react ? (I have a DVR that takes about 6-8 seconds to power up/down)

3. After completing the setup (regardless of whether the Power button worked) do any of the other buttons work ?

4. Have you used a Digital Camera to confirm the IR Blaster is actually firing when you tap the Power button ?

5. Have you experimented with the placement of the IR Blaster ?

So please do as I ask and give the answers to each question !!!!!!!
