DecodeIR 2.43 is Released

Yes, that is an error in the Sharp DVD decode. Actually Barf had already noticed the error and had mentioned it in IrProtocols.ini, which is part of IrMaster.

I've already fixed it with a similar change to that given by shimura in the soon to be released version 2.44.
