Yeah, I'm not sure if you can access those commands directly with the Xbox.
From the factory remote, you press the Display button which brings up a new submenu which displays Subtitle, Angle, Audio, Settings, Repeat and Zoom options. You then move to the setting you want to change and hit Select to toggle.
