i uploaded the txt file with the learned signal, it's called skoopman.txt

Because RCVR/1308 is a combo protocol (it uses the Panasonic Combo protocol) AND uses 2-byte commands. An EFC can only represent a single byte.How come I can use EFC 172 from my digital cable remote in a key move, but i have to use hex for my receiver?
