That info, from protocols.ini, is misleading. This protocol is used by many brands of old devices, especially VCRs. It is also used by some newer devices, including Scientific Atlanta cable boxes. I don't think it is used by any newer Panasonic devices.
for example the Samsung SMT-H3260
I don't recall that one and you might want to look more carefully at modulation frequency and timing, etc. to see if those learned signals really are Panasonic_old.

I have written a spreadsheet that will convert the ICT output from IRScope back into the format displayed by IR.exe

I now have a first version of that working, using the same new MakePronto.dll that I wrote for IR.exe (with a view to it being used by other applications too). I've more I want to do with it before I issue a Beta test version, but it won't be long now.
