As MaskedMan stated, the MSC CCP doesn't appear to convert the learned code to a hex format that the user has access to (not that I have figured out yet). I would have compared that with the codes from remote central.
I have all the learned codes from the Sony remote on the MX-900. URC made this CCP very straight forward and easy to use. The CCP for the MSC-400 is not as user friendly.
What I have just recalled is that I did not try using the learned codes on the MX-900 directly on the IR pickup of the projector (no IR IN or emitter from the MSC-400). So, I'll test this out.
In hindsight, I may not even need the MSC-400 anymore. It was originally needed as I had RS-232 needs, which I don't anymore. If I can find a MRF-250 with 6 ports, I'm set (I hope).
I'll keep you posted and let me know if you have additional thoughts.
