Two hopefully simple questions

This is the JP1 beginners forum. There's no such thing as a stupid question in here, so post away, but this forum is just for JP1 users and people considering JP1, non-JP1 users please use the appropriate forum above!

Look at it this way:

TWC REMOTE >>>>> SOUNDBAR

where >>> shows the direction of the IR signal

So the soundbar is the "learning remote" in this equation, the TWC is the "teaching remote"

We only know JP1 remotes here, but if you can find a user manual for your TWC remote online, and post a link to it, we might be able to figure it out.
