Nevo C2 problem of connection

Since EZ-RC has closed down, JP1 is your only option to get these remotes upgrades. We will (eventually) support all remotes formerly supported by EZ-RC, including the Moster Revolution 200.

is there these codes in this data base?
Did you try looking for any of these yourself? We'll help you all we can, but you have to do some of the work here. (And note that you don't usually need to find an exact model match as most manufacturers use the same code for all of their models).

Also, in the event that we don't have a file for some of your devices, or if the file we have is missing a few buttons, your Nevo is a learning remote, so you can use it to learn the signals from the original remotes and then use that info to build a new upgrade file, which you can then add to the file section to help the next guy.

Rob, when you cleaned up this thread, you accidentily deleted the link to the new RDF that Graham posted.

http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=14653

I went looking for it, and put it in my RDF folder and tried to open Duel76's 8600.ir file to see what Graham saw, but apparently there is some trick to opening a raw dump of this remote in RMIR.

Graham is stating that some of these were already in Duel76's remote as device upgrades.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

From what I understood from Graham's post, the Cobra Cigno is already in the NEVO as an upgrade.

Open the device upgrade,
Click SAVE AS,
Name it Cobra Cigno

Open your Xsight RMIR or if you haven't created one, start with a download from the Xsight,
Create a NEW Cigno Device,
and then OPEN the file you saved from the NEVO.
Make any button assignment changes you want.
Upload to the Xsight
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Use your remote to teach the
Decoder sat ITI nBox 5800SX codes to your remote.
Upload your RMIR file to the dignosis section, and we can give you step by step directions or we can create an upgrade for you.

Check the wiki (link at the top of this page), specifically this article.

I didn't understand the first half of that, but if the net result is that you have something that sends an IR signal, then yes, you can learn that signal using your Nevo and we can take it from there.

Here is the manual for the Meliconi remote. It looks like the only way to transfer codes to Nevo would be to learn one at a time like Rob said earlier.
