The answer is probably not. The supertel Pilot remote doesn't have any indication of being a UEI remote. It has a different programming method, different codes, and I can not imagine the UEI engineers designing a number pad that was 4-across.

We deal with UEI remotes here. We could probably help you with computer programable non-UEI remotes that required pronto hex, or a LIRC file. This supertel remote doesn't appear to be anything other than a poorly designed remote control with no special features that would allow you to send special codes.

Sorry

As vicky said, your remote won't work. But get yourself a UEI remote and see THIS thread to access the service menu.

As vicky said, only remotes made by UEI will work.

If you want assurance, buy a UEI remote! The other thread spells that out clearly.

The MELICONI FULLY 8 RC on line manual mentions Extra Function Codes, which might work like an EFC, but we have no idea how these Extra Function Codes would translate to UEI EFCs. I don't recognize the programming methods, and I couldn't even find a list of TV codes to see if they use UEI numbering.

We do UEI here!
