I am an expat in England and can't figure out how to get my SlingBox remote in Ohio to work properly. My slingBox is connected to Buckeye Cable in Northwest Ohio. I've set everything up and can watch the video stream here in the UK. Only problem is that I don't have a "menu" or "DVR" button that allows me to access my recorded programs. I tried using several other PACE SlingBox remotes from the website but the ones with that buttons won't control the machine. Therefore, I'm pretty sure I have the proper remote loaded but it just doesn't have all the buttons correctly programmed.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe there is a different remote from the website that would work? Or, someone has built a custom remote to solve the problem?
