It started doing this about 2 weeks ago.
Downloaded it again, and extracted everything to a new folder, and same result. Anyone else seeing this?
I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

OK I probably need to take the blame myself.
I have been making some modifications to IR Scope to add a Wizard mode that will speed up capturing a whole remote's worth of keys.
There are some registry values that store where all the controls are located and since I added some controls in the top panel, it looks like it goofed things up there, even if I went back and used the original download, it was still taking the messed up control positions from the registry. So no doubt, I am the only one seeing this.
