Did you read the README file ? I am guessing not, particularly the part that says:
"...And to answer the obvious question, you can NOT rename the Custom menu options to their function, SlingMedia do not allow that..."

Well i didnt notice it.How did you make the bin file?Do you have the same receiver?Or do you use logitech remote database?

Installed it on my Logitech Harmony 659 and learnt the codes from that.
