Everything works great (thank you thinker4d), except that if I hold a button down a hair too long, it repeats way too fast. If I click once extremely quickly, it works fine. But I find that often it will just take off, like I clicked it 4 times. I've noticed it mainly with the arrows.
I played with it some more this evening. It seems like:
quickly click once = normal behaviour
hold down button = repeats way too fast
quickly click repeatedly = acts like it was pressed 3x as many times.
slowly click repeatedly = normal behaviour.
Hopefully I've described the bahaviour accurately.
I'm sure I'm not the first to have experanced this. I did some searching, but couldn't find anything. If somone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
