slingbox .bin custom remote for ASTRA receiver 9900 option

I have an astra 9900 option receiver which is hooked to PL IR blaster slingbox
I have tried to used the custom .bin file for provided in the file sections for the astra 9500 but it does not seem to responded
I have tested the IR blaster with a topfiled 5500 and it is able to control it
I would appreciate it if someone can help

Afraid not. I have checked all the codes for the Astra 9900 and they are definitely the same as the Astra 9500, so the problem must lie elsewhere.
