Give Audio/1295 a try and see if this controls power and volume.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

There are 4 major groupings of device types, TV, CABLE/SAT/STBS, AUDIO and VIDEO setup type codes. Thejfl98 wrote:Thanks, that did work. As a side note, I didn't realise that it might matter whether I used the Audio or DVD buttons; prior to this I'd been trying codes with DVD only...
Well yeah, it looks as if this setup code should control Play, Pause, Stop too,it would be nice to control more functions than just power & volume, but this is better than nothing. Thanks again!
There are three setup codes in this remote that might do the trick
Audio 1295
Audio 1495
Audio 1500
They all share the same volume and Transport keys,
see which one offers the best fits your needs and then we can fill in the EFCs from the Samsung HT-P38 upgrade to get you up and running.
