Hi
I try to remote control the cablebox CXHD-1000c (connected to slingbox solo)
Does anyone have the .bin files for it?
There is not so much info on the web:
http://answers.slingbox.com/thread/4897?tstart=1 (but codes dont work)
I also tried to program the Slingbox myself, but that also works badly. I can select channels: 1 upto 9 , but cannot forex send channel: 43 (double nr:s)

The bin file was provided in the thread that you linked to, and I've copied it over here too:
https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=9318
When you tried using the bin files, did you read the readme file? It says in there "If you have problems please do NOT just report back it 'doesn't work', that is totally useless for someone trying to understand what is going on. So please report the following:" and it then goes onto list the info needed to diagnose a problem.
I suspect that you didn't read it because you said "but codes dont work" which is exactly what it asked you NOT to say.
So, please read the readme file and make sure that you tested the codes properly, and if they still don't work, please respond with the requested info.

Hi
Upps... sorry for not reading the whole Readme.txt
Here is the answers to it:
Was there any error message after you typed in the Code and tapped the Power button ?
(NO, e.g nothing happens when pressing power button))
2. Did you give the Power command plenty of time to react ? (I have a DVR that takes about 6-8 seconds to power up/down)
(YES)
3. After completing the setup (regardless of whether the Power button worked) do any of the other buttons work ?
(None worked)
4. Have you used a Digital Camera to confirm the IR Blaster is actually firing when you tap the Power button ? (Watch the tip of the IR Blaster thorugh the viewfinder while you tap a button. You should see a white (not red) flash)
(Yes, tested with a videocamera and the IR blaster works)
5. Have you experimented with the placement of the IR Blaster ? On some devices this is critical so don't give up too quickly.
(Yes, but not change)
----
If I program the Slingbox by learning from original remote, I managed to program 1-9 buttons and channel up & down (which unfortunately changes channels in steps of 2 (e.g if I am on channel 1 and hit "channel up" it goes to 3 (not 2)), same goes for "channel down"
