Non-RF HTPro?

Post by xnappo »

Anyone know if there is a non-RF version of the HTPro available anywhere? I like the UEI casing better than the OFA, but don't really need the IR blaster. Alternatively is there any market for RF pucks/IR blasters?

Thanks,
Chris

AFAIK, the HTPro only comes in the "URC-9910" version, there isn't a "URC-8910" version.

As for you ripping out the puck and selling it, you might find some takers. Of course now that the 15-2116 and 15-2117 are the same price, you probably won't get to much action there, but you might find some URC-8910 owners that would like to upgrade.

Actually, rather than getting your soldering iron out, maybe you can just do a PCB swap with a URC-8910 owner.
