You don't need to be at home, you can setup video sources do it remotely

Verified placement of IR Blaster

Unzipped the files.
Placed the two C2010.bin files in the C:\Program Files\Sling Media\Slingplayer\SBAV\ folder
Opened Setup Assistant and selected "Cable" as the device.
Used "Other" as Manufacturer and Model
Selected "Custom" and entered "C2010"
File downloaded to slingbox
Completed the remainder of the setup

When trying channel up/down the Slingplayer shows "controlling" but does not change.
Did I miss something?

You haven't confirmed the IR Blasters are working ?

Yes, I used my camera to verify the IR Blaster was working. I replaced the Siemens box with an older Motorola STB and everything works. I guess I will stick with the Motorola STB. I guess I got a lemon Siemens box. I appreciate your help and suggestions.

Odd, those appeared to be the correct codes.
