RCRP05B how to open it

This RCRP05B is really beginning to grow on me. It seems to fit my needs perfectly. I have one more question if I may. How does one open the remote? I would like to color some of the keys that I have assigned my macros to. I know there is a whole thread about this (with no particular solution ;-). However I think I can work something out if I can just take the keypad out. I see no screws holding the device together so I suppose it is done by "splitting" with some kind of flat object. I would prefer to get an expert opinion though before ruining my device though.

I used a pocket knife (small blade) along the seam to pry it apart. Just snaps back together. Once apart, you may want to enlarge the JP1 connector hole. Same blade did that too..
