Atlas 3000 & 3033 JP1.3 extender V2.10 Backlight

Post by Chester »

First thanks for the Extender it works great.
Question is: The backlight seems to get disabled when when I press certain buttons like TV device, CBL device, and mute, and a CBL>>OK/Select. All of these keys have LKP assigned, but so do other keys that dont have that affect.
TV and CBL device keys do it on a short key press and mute does it all the time and CBL>>OK/Select key does it on a long press.
None of these keys have anything else in common that I can see. (not saying much there)
I have discovered a wokaround but was wondering if it is just me with this issue and is there a better answer.

A workaround is done for all the keys except the "Mute" key
Thanks

Basically the extender is busted.

Bill knows about it, but has been unable to find a fix.

You are probably using the work-around most of us are and turning it back on in a macro or something?

It is annoying...
