Cisco RNG200 - Slingbox Issue

I am running windows 7 and version Pro HD 1.5.170 on Slingbox.
The 0 button is the only button that works when I set up the remote. I read and downloaded the .bin file to insert the custom remote but the is no directory for Slingmedia in my Program File Directory,

I'm going nuts!
