URC 8060 - upgrade through phone

Post by amaximus »

I own a discontinued (European) One For All URC 8060/Kameleon that I'd like to upgrade with codes for new devices through phone (its modem).
I have the wav file that I'd like to push to the remote but I could not find information on how to get the remote into programming mode.
I checked the manual, searched this forum and the internet for a solution without success.

After luring the rabbit I guess I have to enter a 3-digit code to enter in the programming mode that would accept the codes from the wav file.

Any help would be appreciated, Atticus

Here is a link to the Modem Upgrade Procedure sticky.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
