Opening URC10820N Case

Hey, I am having a problem connecting my URC 10820N remote to ir.exe. I have done it in the past and am thinking that my remote might have a lose pin. What I am trying to do is take the case off the remote without damaging it. I have removed the three screws in back, but it still doesn't want to budge. Any ideas on the process to get these remotes opened?

edit: I was able to get IR to respond. Just deleted and reinstalled my serial drivers. But I am still curious to how to get the back off? It seemed locked on there pretty good.

I doubt there are instructions specific to the 8820N, but Tommy Tyler has a couple of documents with picture for other remotes, and I think you'll be able to adapt them for the 8820N.
