Am using a URC 7940 and trying to access the same EZ Adjust menu, with the EFC codes aboce with a zero before them with NO success. What am I doing wrong?
Edit : I figure I need a 5 digit EFC code to work on this remote, but have no idea how to do so help!

If you have one of these codes assigned to a device key,
Select that device key
then a short press of the setup key followed by 00018
This should bring up the EZ Adjust

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
Wow! Thanks that was quick... I have the TV working on remote so I guess that means the device code is good. I will try the 00018 EFC code..at work now.

Not necessarily. If the TV setup code is using a NEC Combo, the EFC would be different. Check your TV/setup code against the Lookup Tool to make sure that you are using a straight Nec1 Devic Combo

If I got you correct, my remote IS tuned to NEC1 as I am using code 1148 to access the TV functions and I see this under the lookup table columns(left to right)
[TV] TV TV 1148 NEC1 4 005A 00 DF DF 10 EFCs 4
Btw I see 3 digit EFC codes for the ones listed(clicking on "EFCs" link). Do I need to add two zeroes before, as a rule to make it a working 5 digt EFC?

Yes, your remote always requires 5 digit EFC's. EFC's are listed as 3 digit EFC's so that we know they will work with the older remotes that can only use the 3 digit EFCs. Basically any remote produced in the last 5 years uses 5 digit EFC's.
