URC-8810?
Has the URC-8810 fallen out of favor? I can't seem to find any files for it.
What sort of files are you looking for? All our thousands of upgrade files work with any JP1 remote. Just pick URC-881x from the list in RM or KM, and voila, you've got an 8810 file. Same goes for the Lookup Tool at the top of this page. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check out the sticky posts in the Beginners forum.

I did this 7-8 years ago but now it all looks different. It doesn't help that the "Beginners - PLEASE read this thread first" thread points to pages with files that don't exist. I downloaded IR.exe and RM but it says that RM requires RDF files and Maps and Images but the link to RDF files says "The file you selected does not exist." and so does the link for Maps and Images.

The bullet item below that for RDF Files did work but the one for Maps and Images still did not so I must be missing something, just not sure what it is.
When I run RM it says Images folder not found so what am I missing?
If I point RM to the folder containing "RDFs for IR and RM Version 1.28" it does't find anything!
The Readme says: "Note: You must have RDFs for all supported remotes"
which is why I was asking about a file for the 8810.
So is there an RDF file for the 8810 and if so where can I find it? Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion. I guess the indexes have moved in the few years since that post was last updated.
HERE are the RDFs and HERE are the Images. Both contain the 8810 files you need. Unzip both the the folders of your choice and point RM to each one. Point IR to the RDF folder only.
