Daewoo CTS2090

Post by TimH »

I created a new km file for the Daewoo CTS2090. All the functions were learned from the OEM remote. File here.

Tim, that link is wrong, you need to include the "Device Type" folder in the mix (eg, /DVD/ etc). I would fix it for you, but you don't mention what kind of device this is.

A-ha, so a "CTS2090" is a TV then? Part of my point was that we often see posts where people ask questions about things like a "Daewoo CTS2090" without ever mentioning what type of device the item in question is. Unless the device in question is well known enough that we all know what it is (like most of us know an "Apex AD600A" is a DVD player) we don't know where to start looking for the information for it, so we will probably not bother.

Now, I know you weren't actually asking for any info here, I'm just trying to point out for anyone else reading this, the importance of not just stating the brand and model number, but also the device type.
