How to email One for All?

So I have been waiting for almost 2 months for One for All to contact me back with help with my remote. I used the "contact us via email" form on their 'http://www.ofausa.com/contact.php' page two times and nothing yet. To get some advanced codes from them, who do you guys email? I thought I saw something like help@ofa.com? Is that right?

Also how about the Radio Shack email for advanced codes?

The best thing to do is to pretend you have a 15-1994 remote and call the RS number, which is (800) 763 9232 and ask them to email you the codes
