I have 2 units of URC8017 that I don't used anymore. I am ready to sell them for $15 each + shipping. These are modified with 2k EEPROMs and they are red backlight ones. They are in very good condition. _________________ JasonH |

Jason, perhaps you should tell people what a 8017 is. I know that until you told me, I hadn't heard of this remote. |

Thanks for the advice. And for the benefit of everybody: The 8017 is the Canadian version of the 8011. I think the only difference is that the backlight is red not green as in the 8011. _________________ JasonH |

I'm possibly interested. I have a Panasonic Showstopper (ReplayTV). My latest JP1 remote is dying (Radio Shack). Any idea if this will work with it? No reason to replace the ReplayTV while it still works. |

If you have a JP1 cable, you can make any JP1 remote control any device, so yes, it would work with it. _________________ Rob

Thanks, Rob, for jumping in and letting Rondar know that with JP1 it is possible. Since mine are modified, there should be no problem (if you have a cable). So, Rondar, if you are still interested, please let me know. _________________ JasonH |

I have a cable, so it looks like I just bought the last one! _________________ Ron Darr |
