I think all the T-Com TV systems use the same codes. There are various hardware devices delivered (Siemens 7710, Scientific Atlanta...) but the codes should be all the same.
Does anybody have the the RV bin file? I've tried the X301T one but it does not work on my Siemens device.
I tried to capture the codes using ir.exe, but I couldn't get the Infrared thing on my laptop to work for this purpose. Is it possible or I gave to purchase/build the real USB/Serial thing?
Need codes for MaxTV (Croatia) or THome (Germany)

IR.exe doesn't communicate with the IR on your laptop, but you might be able to capture the signals using LIRC. I don't know much about it except what the captured format looks like, so try searching for it.

I wouldn't hold your breath
We have been having a parallel conversation with Redstar73 on this same subject (German STBs) at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewt ... 5&start=30
I just tried loading the Siemens 7710 onto my Harmony Remote and learn the codes, and do not get a recognised protocol. Looking at the waveform it looks very similar to the one I provide to Robman to produce a test remote. This is at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=6842, so you might want o try it (only the Power '2' and 'up-arrow' are implemented at the moment.
Might be worth trying it.
Cheers
