Anybody resolve the difficulty with the Y1010 bin file not working with Sling Classic... get the message code not recognized (yes, the bin is in the SBAV directory). I see where it worked with the Sling Pro. In any case what is the latest development. I sure need to get this to work.

Just a wild-ass guess, but it sounds like you are trying to load a PL file into a Slingbox that uses JU files.

If I should be using JU files, where do I get the right one for the Sling Classic unit?

First, you should CONFIRM which type of file you need, rather than guess.

Then, create the correct type of bin file yourself using RM.

DVDR3576h Works with Slingbox

I've finished installing the Y1010_RL.bin file and it now works. The bin file must loaded and run at the sling location... not remotely.

RL is a new format that we haven't heard of before, how did you generate the file.

The known formats are:
1=JU
2=PL
3=PK
4=RV
5=PL (Slingbox Pro-HD)
